When putting it on, I fold down a little of the top and position the bottom on the end of the grease tube then unfold the cap to keep it in place on the tube. I like that if any grease should come out the open end it goes into the cap instead of on the floor.
I have been using a sock over my grease gun for years to catch the leakage and still had drips on my work bench. This is a great idea! Thanks
Keeps my garage floor clean.
Easy to install and keeps the "drips" from contaminating adjacent surfaces.
I've always hated the drip, drip, drip from the barrel of a grease gun. I started putting them in a bucket many years ago, to prevent the constant mess. So, when I saw these while looking at the grease guns on your site, I thought it would go well with the gun I was ordering. Getting the cap on was a pretty tough stretch until I smeared a very small amount of grease around the inside of it. It then went on without a fight. Great Idea! Thanks!
