Warranty Details
1-Year “Best Built” Guarantee
LockNLube offers a 1-year satisfaction guarantee for all LockNLube brand products (including LockNFlate®, Grease Buster®, Clip Bender®, and Wand Wizard®). If our products don’t work better and last longer than the competition, you may return the product for a full refund or exchange.
This warranty applies exclusively to LockNLube brand items (LockNFlate®, Grease Buster®, Clip Bender®, and Wand Wizard®) and is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. During this time, we guarantee that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims.
In addition to the standard 1-year warranty, LockNLube warrants that products sold or supplied under the “Best Built Guarantee” will be free from defects and product failures caused by faulty materials or workmanship. On a case-by-case basis, LockNLube may choose to repair the product, replace defective components, provide service or replacement parts, or replace the product in whole at its discretion.
Coverage:
This warranty covers defects occurring during normal and proper use of the tool as intended by the manufacturer. It includes, but is not limited to:
- Faulty materials or craftsmanship in the construction of the tool
- Malfunctions or failures due to manufacturing defects
- Issues with parts or components that render the tool inoperable or significantly impede its function
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
- Products not manufactured by LockNLube. Items such as Milwaukee® tools and other third-party brands carry their own manufacturer warranties, which may have different terms and coverage.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage, surface scratches, or degradation of wear parts such as seals and o-rings
- Damage caused by accidents, unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
- Damage from environmental factors like extreme temperatures, moisture, or corrosive substances
Extended Warranty Coverage (2-Year and 10-Year Products)
Some LockNLube products include extended warranties of up to 2 years or 10 years. These extended warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship but do not cover wear and tear, consumable components, or damage resulting from misuse. LockNLube reserves the right to fulfill approved claims by providing replacement parts, service components, or repair solutions rather than full product replacement when appropriate. Always refer to the product's documentation for details on specific coverage.
Garage Sale, Used, Refurbished, and Scratch & Dent Items
Products sold as Garage Sale, used, refurbished, or scratch & dent items are sold as-is and without any warranty, express or implied. These items may show cosmetic wear, signs of prior use, packaging damage, or other non-new condition characteristics.
Garage Sale items are sold primarily through the LockNLube official eBay store and are not eligible for warranty claims, replacements, repairs, or refunds related to performance, cosmetic condition, or product lifespan.
Claim Procedure:
If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact LockNLube directly. Proof of purchase may be required. LockNLube reserves the right to inspect the product and determine the appropriate remedy, including repair, replacement of components, provision of service parts, or full product replacement.
Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, LockNLube shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use a product covered by this warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or country.
