LockNLube offers a 1-year satisfaction guarantee for all LockNLube Brand products. If our products don’t work better and last longer than the competition, you may return the product for a full refund or exchange.

This warranty applies exclusively to LockNLube branded items and is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. During this time, we guarantee that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims.

Coverage:

This warranty covers defects occurring during normal and proper use of the tool as intended by the manufacturer. It includes, but is not limited to:

• Faulty materials or craftsmanship in the construction of the tool.
• Malfunctions or failures due to manufacturing defects.
• Issues with parts or components that render the tool inoperable or significantly impede its function.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic damage, surface scratches, damage to wear parts such as seals and o-rings, or minor dents.
• Damage caused by accidents, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
• Damage caused by environmental factors such as exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or corrosive substances.

Claim Procedure:

In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, the purchaser must contact LockNLube directly. Proof of purchase may be required to validate the warranty claim. LockNLube reserves the right to repair or replace the defective product at its discretion.

Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, LockNLube shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the tool covered by this warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country.
