Shipping Policy

At LockNLube, we work hard to get your order out the door quickly and accurately. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, package size, and order weight. Standard and Expedited shipping options are available where applicable.

Free U.S. Shipping

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders of $74 or more shipped to the contiguous United States.

Order Processing

All orders ship from our warehouse in New Hampshire, USA.

Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding company holidays.

Most orders are shipped within one business day. During periods of unusually high order volume or around holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Carriers

We select the shipping carrier that provides the best combination of speed, reliability, and value based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada and many other international destinations. Shipping rates and available services are calculated during checkout. Any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and help arrange a replacement or other appropriate solution.
