I own a 2011 Sienna that has 18" rims. I purchased a 12v air compressor. The portable 12v air compressor is helpful but would struggle with getting 35 psi into the tire The valve stem could also be a challenge. The tire inflator/deflator with digital guage was like night and day compared to the 12v portable air compressor. I have a Husky two tank air compressor in garage. Set up was pretty basic with some Teflon tape. Product feels pretty good.

Works exactly as advertised. It saves a ton of time airing up tires. My only complaint is that I air up my bicycle tires frequently, but because it’s not angled, it’s somewhat difficult to get it to lock on to the valve stems.
