Excellent customer service that’s rare these days!
I am very impressed with Lock N Lube’s customer service, especially in this day and age when customer service is not what it used to be. I ordered 2 of the Lock N Lube pressure return valves and received a notification from UPS that the items had been delivered. I had received the items and was concerned that they had been lost in shipping or delivered to the wrong address so I emailed Lock N Lube to let them know that we had not received the shipment even though UPS said it had been delivered. I received a phone call the next day from customer service and she told me “give it a couple of days and if you do not receive the shipment, we will send you another one”. I did receive the items the next day. UPS had made a mistake and delivered the next day. Excellent customer service.
