The LockNFlate® Air Chuck Advantage

Standard open-flow air chucks require constant pressure against the valve stem. Let go, and air escapes. The included LockNFlate® Locking Air Chuck eliminates that frustration completely. Its hardened steel jaws lock onto any standard Schrader valve (VG8/8V1 threads) with a press-and-click motion, creating a secure hands-free seal rated to 150 PSI.

A spring-loaded TPU seal allows inflation with or without the valve core installed, and the handle-mounted magnetic dock keeps the chuck secured between uses so it is always where you left it.

Accuracy You Can Trust

The LockNFlate® PRO measures tire pressure from 7–174 PSI (0.5–12 BAR) with ±1 PSI accuracy per DIN EN 12645:2015 — the European standard for tire pressure gauge precision. The high-visibility LED display is backlit and easy to read in any lighting condition, from a bright driveway to a dim parking garage.

With a maximum inlet pressure of 218 PSI (15 BAR) and an inflation flow rate of 900 L/min, this gauge handles everything from bicycles to passenger vehicles to heavy-duty trucks.

A Hose Built to Last

The included 32" (800 mm) hybrid polymer hose stays flexible down to 14°F (–10°C) for reliable cold-weather use. It is abrasion-resistant for durability in shop environments and includes an inline swivel that reduces hose twist while working around a vehicle.

Bend guards reinforce both ends of the hose — the exact points where standard hoses typically fail first.

Rechargeable. Ready When You Are.

The LockNFlate® PRO ships with a pre-installed rechargeable lithium-ion battery, so it is ready to use immediately. An auto shut-off feature preserves battery life between uses.

A protective rubber shroud helps shield the internal pressure sensor and electronics from drops and everyday shop use.
