I have always had an excellent experience dealing with Lock N Lube, the support guy sent me a new part for free under a warranty that we couldn't verify the purchase date on, unfortunately it was not the right one for my application, theoretically it should have been the correct replacement swivel for my grease gun, mine is bigger threads, looks to be the 7/16 thread instead of the 1/8". but the service was great!

It is ok but think it would be better if mounted at the gun rather than the end of the hose. It swivels so easy that it takes some of the control you have on the coupler lever.
